By accessing or using the MintBill web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

2. Description of Service

MintBill provides a suite of tools designed to help business owners, freelancers, and contractors generate, manage, and track professional invoices. Features include:

• Customizable invoice templates and PDF generation.
• Automated payment reminders and tracking.
• Cloud-based storage for financial records.
• Client management and reporting tools.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Payments and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or MintBill cancels it.

• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers.
• We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with 30 days' notice.

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using MintBill, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

You retain all rights to the data you upload or enter into the Service. However, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the service for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the application.
• Generating fraudulent invoices or engaging in deceptive business practices.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion via settings.
